amateur sports events, and concerts. Liquor liability coverage is also available
for these events.

Underwriting
Guidelines

An
application (CW-1019 or ACORD) must be completed and signed.

Premiums
are fully earned at inception.
Annual policies are subject to the 25% MEP rule at the underwriters discretion. However, premiums will earned as the events
take place. All premiums are

A
target event is 3 days or less in duration and with fewer than 5,000
spectators any one day.
All events can be considered. Check
with underwriting.

Appropriate
permits must be obtained from local authorities by the applicants. Copies of
the approved permits should be attached to the application.

Spectators
must be able to view the event from a clearly marked, separate area.
A diagram of the area should be submitted with the application.

Appropriate
crowd control must be provided. Specify by whom and the number of security personal attending the event.

Inspections
are not required on special events except at the discretion of the underwriter.
Submit

Events with

All concerts
open to the public, i.e., no charge for admission.

unreserved seating or general

derbies, snowmobile races, BMX or motocross races, and mud bog races.

must submit the certificate from the pyrotechnic in order to bind.

Demo derbies are acceptable on a submit basis.

with mosh pits or that allow moshing.

Amusement
devices or rides.

Legal Liability Coverage

This optional
endorsement is available for most classes; submit for rating.

The premium
basis is number of participants (age 18 and over and under age 18) and type
of event/activity. The rate is
banded.
Accidental
Medical Benefit Coverage
-
This optional
endorsement is available for most classes.
It is an excess coverage.

The premium
shall be determined by the type of event/activity, the ages of the
participants, (age 18 and over and under age 18),
the duration of the event/activity, and if other applicable health
insurance is available. The
premium will be a per person charge.

All individuals
to be considered for coverage must be scheduled at the time the endorsement
is issued. Please submit a list
of team members, camp attendees, etc
Any changes to the rosters must be
received by the Company before coverage becomes applicable. No coverage can be backdated nor issued retroactively.
