Frequently Asked Billing Questions

Processing Fees

As a legal requirement, we cannot impose any extra fee on policyholders who pay with credit card.

We partner with SEP, a trusted and secure processor, to enable our customers to pay with credit cards and online methods.

Refunds & Returns

Premium credits, such as those generated from an endorsement, cancellation or final audit, will be applied to the account. If a refund is due, a cheque will be mailed to you.

Confirmation of Coverage

Coverage cannot be bound and/or changes in existing insurance coverage or payment schedule may not be effectuated by telephone or fax or e-mail, unless your request is explicitly acknowledged by a licensed AFIG staff member. Receipt of payment does not automatically bind coverage until confirmed by Allen Financial Insurance Group.
