How to make an on-line payment for your Allen Financial Insurance Group products and policies.

Allen Financial Insurance Group is unable to accept payments or payment information directly from our customers over the phone, by fax, or email.
You can make a payment to your AFIG account using A Traditional Payment Method or with the Simply Easier Payments Link below. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to discuss other payment options with your agent.

Pay by Mail

You can make one-time payments by USPS mail using personal, business and cashier’s checks
• Include your invoice stub with your payment, if possible.
• Write your quote/policy number to the notes/memo section or your check.
• Checks must have the serial number, the routing number and the bank account number (MICR line) imprinted on the bottom of the check.
• Checks drawn on banks outside of the United States will not be accepted
• AFIG does not hold post-dated checks. All checks are deposited when received.
• AFIG will charge a $25 insufficient funds (NSF) fee for each check not honored by the financial institution.

AFIG can now offer our valued customers the ability to make online payments by ACH (E-Check), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express by using the blue Make Payment button link below

We are prohibited by law from charging a convenience or transaction fee to policyholders remitting payment via credit card. To continue offering credit card and online payments to our customers we are using the services of Simply Easier Payments, a secure third party payment processing company.

Use the links below to make payments to Allen Financial Insurance Group, not to a Finance Company or directly to an insurance company.

•For monthly installment payments to a Premium Finance Company please go directly to the premium finance company website to make a payment towards your loan,  You cannot make third party premium finance payment on this website.
•If you received an invoice directly from an Insurance Company, please DO NOT use this page. Follow the instructions on the Insurance Company’s invoice, or call us for assistance at 1-800-874-9191.
